• Refunds will only be accepted if the customer has the original receipt for textbooks and merchandise. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT. An in-store credit may be issued for authorized refunds without a receipt.
• The last day to receive a full refund for textbook rental fees and purchased textbooks with a receipt is eight (8) days after the Spring Quarter begins, which is March 14, 2023.All books purchased and rented after this date are not refundable.
• The last day to opt out of Inclusive Access (IA) course materials is Tuesday, March 14, 2023, before being charged to the student’s account.
• Refunds for all other merchandise will be allowed up to four weeks from the date of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued the same way of purchase.
• Exceptions would include:
  • Cash refunds will be given for check purchases (after 48 hours from the date the check is written).
  • Credit card refunds can be given for purchases made by cash.
