Refunds will only be accepted if the customer has the original receipt for textbooks and merchandise. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT. An in-store credit may be issued for authorized refunds without a receipt.
The last day to receive a full refund for textbook rental fees and purchased textbooks with a receipt is eight (8) days after the Spring Quarter begins, which is March 14, 2023.All books purchased and rented after this date are not refundable.
The last day to opt out of Inclusive Access (IA) course materials is Tuesday, March 14, 2023, before being charged to the student’s account.
Refunds for all other merchandise will be allowed up to four weeks from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be issued the same way of purchase.
Exceptions would include:
Cash refunds will be given for check purchases (after 48 hours from the date the check is written).
Credit card refunds can be given for purchases made by cash.
