Shipping Information and Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS though the Madison College Bookstore. Please make sure to include all information requested to prevent delay in shipment or cancellation of your order.
Time Frame for locations pick up orders:
For orders placed Monday through Thursday, allow 24 hours for us to process the order
For orders placed Friday through Sunday, allow until Tuesday morning for processing
Orders being picked up at:
Truax: 24 hours from the time you receive the pickup confirmation email (following regular business hours)
Madison locations: 24 hours from the time you receive the pickup confirmation email (following regular business hours)
Regional locations: 48 hours for the time you receive the pickup confirmation email (following regular business hours).

$2.50 cents per each additional item
$20.00 maximum per order
UPS Ground with Signature
Minimum $7.00
$2.50 cents per each additional item

UPS International
Minimum $40.00
$5.00 cents per each additional item
$100.00 maximum cost
After your order has been processed you should receive an email confirming shipment along with a tracking number
