However, this information is subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for information used from this site for purchase of textbooks from outside vendors. Students purchasing from our site who request refunds will receive refunds based on our posted Refund Policy.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING ONLINE TEXTBOOK ORDERING:

• If you choose to have your order shipped, it will be sent within 2-3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION. Please verify your shipping information before submitting your order. WE DO NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER IF YOU GAVE US INCORRECT INFORMATION AND YOUR BOOKS ARE LOST.
• We strongly recommend you choose "UPS GROUND WITH INSURANCE" for the shipping method if your order is over $100.00. UPS Ground insurance is an additional $5.00. If your package is lost or stolen during the delivery process, you cannot make a claim with UPS without having insurance (declared value) and you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
• IF WE DO NOT HAVE A TEXTBOOK YOU HAVE ORDERED, we will hold the order until the textbook is in stock. You will receive an email when it is packed. If you do not want a book on back order, it is your responsibility to notify us to cancel the book.
• Depending on your order, a signature may be required for delivery. Please be prepared to provide a signature to accept delivery. If you are unavailable for signature, your order may be shipped back to the college. If you request your items be shipped again you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
• If you are purchasing a biology lab kit you will be receiving a voucher code from the LSC Store. You must redeem the code on another vendor’s website, they will ship the kit directly to your home.

PRICING DISCLAIMER: Pricing is subject to change without notice. All totals are calculated using the most recent new book prices, as we cannot guarantee the availability of used books.

REFUNDS: New or used books purchased from us for the current semester may be returned for a refund with the original sales receipt within 5 business days from the date of purchase. New textbooks must be in original condition, shrink-wrap intact if sold that way. No returns on access codes that have been opened. All computer, software & electronic sales are final.
