Shipping Policies

• A shipping fee applies to all orders based on the total cost of your order.
  • Orders under $50.00 = $8.95 fee
  • Orders from $50 - $149.99 = $12.95 fee
  • Orders over $150 = $15 fee
• In most cases shipping will take from 2 - 4 business days (count only Monday through Friday) after you place your order. This is after the time it takes to process your order (order processing can be one to four business days after order is placed).
• All shipping will be done through USPS delivery. We do not ship expedited next day. USPS will deliver to your home address or a PO Box. We must have a complete physical address and valid phone number on your order if we are shipping to your residence. It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct on your bookstore profile before placing an order.
• We do not ship outside the continental United States.
• Please allow at least 48 - 72 hours for processing. Orders placed the week prior to the start of classes and the first week of classes may take up to 4 days to process due to the extremely high volume.
• Caution! Most online classes have homework assignments the first day of class. You will need to have your course materials delivered before the first day of class to be able to keep up with your online assignments!
• We strongly suggest if you have waited until after classes have started to purchase your course materials, that you come directly to the LLCC Bookstore located at our main campus in Springfield or to one of our other locations throughout the district.
• Orders are processed only during our regular store hours Monday - Friday.
• Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays will not be shipped until Monday afternoon.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Military personnel only may use the APO/AFO shipping option for US Postal Priority shipping.
