Purchasing Options
- Day One Access: helps deliver your required material at the lowest cost to students through your D2L class on the first day of class. There is nothing they need to come to the bookstore to purchase, no access code to lose and the materials are never affected by back-orders or shipping delays. The Day One program has saved KSU students over $2.5 million in the past year on campus. Please note: We do require confirmation every semester that you want Day One unless you specify that you want it set up as a standing adoption. We will then automatically set it up every semester until the publisher informs us we must change editions, we would reach out to you before we made the switch.
- Buy: You own it. You may keep the book when your class ends or see if the KSU Bookstore is offering cash to buy it back.
- Rent: You pay a reduced price, but the book remains the property of University Stores. There are select titles that can only be rented. Rented books must be returned to University Stores by a specified date each semester. Damage or failure to return rentals will result in a charge being applied to your student account.
